Your Google Business reviews in one place

If you've connected your Google Business Profile (the free listing that shows your business on Google Maps and search), this tab shows your latest reviews and overall rating right inside Renta.

Where to find it

Go to Insights, then the Business Profile tab. It only shows data once your profile is connected.

How it works

• Recent reviews — a table of your latest customer reviews, with the review text, star rating, date, and reviewer name
• Review summary — stat cards showing your average rating and total number of reviews

For example: if a new one-star review comes in overnight, checking this tab in the morning lets you respond quickly on Google before it sits unanswered.

Good to know

• This only shows reviews left directly on your Google Business Profile — reviews you're actively managing and approving inside Renta (from customers you email after a booking) are handled separately in Approving and linking customer reviews.
