The Sender Identity card with From name and Reply-To email fields, and a live previewThe Sender Identity card with From name and Reply-To email fields, and a live preview

How it works

  • From name — the display name shown in the email header, like "From: [Your Business] <email>". Around 50 characters or fewer.
  • Reply-To email — where a customer's reply actually goes. Defaults to your business contact email, but you can set a different address.
  • Preview — a live preview showing exactly how the "From" name and reply address will look in a customer's inbox as you type.

Example

If you set From name to "AlpMX Adventures" and Reply-To email to your front-desk inbox, a customer receiving a booking confirmation sees "From: AlpMX Adventures" and any reply goes straight to your front desk.

Good to know

  • Reply-To email must be a valid address — if left blank it falls back to your business contact email.
  • This only changes the sender name and reply address; the actual content of each email is set in Email templates.
