Your system email templates

The Email templates section lists the system emails Renta sends automatically — like booking confirmations and waiver reminders — and shows when each one was last sent.

Settings → Emails → Email templates section.

How it works

• [Template name] — one row per system email, such as "Booking confirmation," "Waiver reminder," or "Refund notification."
• Last sent — the timestamp of the most recent time that template was emailed to a customer, or blank if it's never been sent.

Example

If a customer says they never got their waiver reminder, checking Last sent for that template tells you whether one has gone out to anyone recently, which can help you spot a wider delivery issue.

Good to know

• This list is read-only for viewing when things were sent; it is not a template editor for changing the wording of the emails themselves.
• Which channel (email, text, or both) each notification uses is set separately in Notification preferences.
