Connecting RideDog

RideDog is a GPS tracking service — connecting it brings your trackers and your vehicles' live locations into your Renta dashboard.

Where to find it

Settings → Integrations → RideDog GPS Tracking section.

How it works

• Connect with RideDog button — signs you in to your RideDog account to link it to Renta. Once connected, you'll see when it connected and the time of its last location update.
• Reconnect button — appears if the connection has an error, expired, or was revoked, letting you re-link without starting over.
• Disconnect button — removes the RideDog connection from your account.

Example

After connecting, if you've fitted a jet ski with a RideDog tracker, its live location shows up in your Renta dashboard instead of you needing to check a separate RideDog app.

Good to know

• RideDog tracks vehicle location only — it does not handle payments or insurance.
• If a connection shows an error, use Reconnect rather than disconnecting and starting over.
