Connecting AI agent tools (MCP servers)

Register outside AI tools that can act on your Renta account through a secure connection.

Where to find it

Settings → Integrations → MCP Connections section

MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers are outside AI tools you can register so they're allowed to act on your Renta account — for example, an AI assistant that can look up bookings or update your fleet on your behalf.

Where to find it

Settings → Integrations → MCP Connections section.

How it works

  • Add MCP server button — opens a form to register a new external MCP server connection.
  • MCP endpoint list — shows every connected server and its authorization (OAuth) status.
  • Revoke OAuth grant — per server, removes the access you previously granted, immediately cutting off that tool's connection.

Example

If you use an outside AI assistant that needs to check your booking calendar, you'd register it here as an MCP server so it can securely read that data instead of you sharing your login.

Good to know

  • Only register MCP servers you trust — a connected server can act on your account within whatever access it's granted.
  • Revoking a grant is immediate and doesn't require deleting the connection itself.
