Letting customers pick up equipment the evening before

Night-before Pickup lets customers grab their equipment the evening before their rental officially begins, inside a window of time you choose.

Settings → General Settings → Night-before Pickup section (collapsible).

How it works

• Enabled — off by default. Turning this on reveals the two time fields below and allows customers to pick up during the window the evening before their rental start date.
• Window opens — the earliest time customers can pick up the night before. Default is 5:00 PM (17:00). Set in 30-minute steps.
• Window closes — the latest time customers can pick up the night before. Default is 8:00 PM (20:00). Set in 30-minute steps.

Example

If a customer's rental starts Saturday and Night-before Pickup is enabled with the default window, they can pick up their dirt bike Friday between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM instead of waiting until Saturday morning.

Good to know

• The Window opens and Window closes fields are hidden until you turn Enabled on.
• This does not change the customer's booking dates or pricing — it only opens an earlier pickup window for the same rental.
