Before You Visit

We have a customer lot directly in front of the shop. Trailer parking is available around back if you're bringing your own gear.

15 minutes before your rental window. That gives time for the gear fit and the safety briefing without cutting into your trail time.

Driver's license, credit card for the deposit, closed-toe shoes, and water. We provide the rest — helmets, gloves, goggles, and a trail map are all included.

When we have machines available, yes. But weekends and holidays book solid — we recommend reserving online to lock in your slot.

If the machine isn't booked next, absolutely. Just call us before your return time and we'll get it sorted.

We can deliver to most local lodging and trailheads within 25 miles for an additional fee. Contact us to coordinate.
